The "Diva"

Mariah has produced miniatures and Standards and we are very impressed with her offspring. Very sweet doe that must nuzzle and "hug" everyone. She is truly a diva and could probably be an only "child". Beautifully correct doe and passes those traits to her offspring. We have retained many of Mariah's daughters to build our foundation herd. Bringing her to our farm at 2 years of age we had no intention of showing her until on a whim we took her to her first show at 5yrs old (results listed). We are pretty sure she enjoyed herself as she now prances anytime you take hold of her collar. :)
We are working toward Mariah's Milkstar. Several years ago we came close to losing Mariah from a serious gut infection cause by feeding a popular brand of "haylage". We had 4 goats get terribly ill, losing 2 of our bucks, 2 does (Mariah being one of the does) made it through. Mariah's villi was severely damaged leading to an absorption problem. It took almost 2 years to get her back into condition. We have learned to work with her and accept that she may never milk what she would have been capable of but we have her and she continues to do well, that is what is important.

Charlotte is truly an exquisite doe! Charlotte is a doe who is long and level across the topline with a wonderful wide, level rump. We really admire the tightness of toes and her clean, straight front legs as well as the width between hocks of her rear legs. In dairy strength Charlotte shows us very soft, pliable skin as well as incredible spacing between ribs. In mammary system Charlotte shows us beautiful height and width of rear udder, strong lateral attachments and a well extended, smoothly blended fore udder. It's no secret that Charlotte is a favorite here on the farm, she just is a complete package and a very enjoyable doe. We have used Charlotte in both our ADGA Lamancha & MDGA Miniature Lamancha breeding programs. This is a doe who just gets better and better with age, we are so excited about this doe's future! Charlotte loves her hugs, her kisses and her belly rubs. A subtle doe that doesn't have a lot of flash or "pizzazz" but she is steady, and solid. An absolute joy to milk. A very quiet, very feminine doe that will be a keeper for life here.

Love watching how this girl has grown up.
Tiffany is a grade doe out of Millie X Chance breeding. We loved her dam's production and length of duration in lactation so this is a line worth developing. We expected great production from Tiff. Tiff is one of the few goats that was dam raised. She is comical, headstrong, loving and will be an asset to our breeding program!
Tiff kidded 2/28/2018 as a FF. 2 very large kids! April 2019 produced triplets, all doelings have been retained for our program. Tiff is also a showmanship goat. She is a forever goat here. She is always saying "thank you" after she is milked, by nuzzling our chest and neck. So sweet!
As a FF she attained her Advanced Registry status. Tiffany is a wonderful milker that stays steady and even, not a huge peak then slows down... simply steady!

2019 she remained in milk for extended lactation. No need for more kids, she will milk with ease as her dam and half sister does. Her daughters are remarkable doelings! Looking forward to focusing on our grade line. :)

2019 State Fair Tiffany was DQ'd in the youth show due to an error on the paperwork, we were so grateful that the error was corrected for the open show where she went GCH for her final leg. So proud of this doe! She not only finished her championship but was also awarded her Superior Genetics!
2020 State Fair only had youth show due to Covid restrictions. Here Tiffany was GCH while in extended lactation from April 2019. She will continue in lactation indefinitely. We will focus on her offspring. Tiffany loves being a milker. Not only is she super hardy but seems to rise to whatever is needed. During winter (Nov.- Feb) Tiffany is reduced to milking 1x day. Gives us all a break. :) Once the other does start kidding we increase milking Tiffany to 2x day and she easily increases. She is a true dairy goat in every way.

Tiffany is in extended lactation from 2019 with her 2nd kidding, whose does we also retained to kid as 2YO in 2021 (Addie and Amirah). Mousse is bred for 2F for 2021 and we hope to keep her in extended lactation as well. Mousse's daughter from 2020 has also been retained. Daughter Parfait is now an American Lamancha and won't be bred til fall 2021. Our favorite line!

Prynne has been a favorite since she was born. Earning her first leg early on. One of the few does we bred to kid at 1 year, she did well with kidding and as a first time milker. We opted to not show her as a yearling milker and just let her grow and get use to the milking. As a 2nd freshener we were been very pleased with her udder and production. She is a slower maturing doe but worth the wait. Due to limited space and showing 3 breeds she was not shown as a senior doe until Fall 2020 and went RCH (half sister Charlot Bronte' GCH). Prynne is a delightful doe that has strength and yet is feminine and dairy. She has amazing space between rib, flatness of bone, the softest dairy skin and an absolutely beautiful well attached mammary. She is delightful to hand milk with wonderful orifices and perfect for the hand teats. We look forward to her future here. Prynne is very endearing, she loves to give her kisses. She thinks she is a dog... yes, she likes to lick your hand or face, just like a dog. So silly! She reminds us of her dam Mariah, just far less diva-ish. Prynne has been used in both our lamancha and miniature lamancha programs. With years and years of superior genetetics and production awards on her dams side, and quite simply a stellar pedigree on the sire's side. Taipan's (sire) pedigree is amazing. His dam Tempo Kim was a spotlight doe that went on to do produce some amazing offspring. Taipan, Caesar, and Hiro are all out of Kim, either directly or as grandkids and all 3 bucks have been used in our program.

Rondi finishing her championship!
Rondi came to us at 2 1/2 years old, never bred due to life circumstances. We were very happy to have another Candlelight doe join our herd. She freshened at 3 YO as a first freshener. Bred for miniatures, she did fantastic and both her offspring have been retained. Being a older for a first freshener she has been a bit of a handful as far as milking but her lovely udder milks beautifully! We are hoping for more cooperation in 2021. Rondi is a tremendous long, level, powerhouse type doe who stands on correct feet and legs. We really admire her high and wide rear udder and smoothly blended fore udder. Rondi is truly a beautiful doe all around! Rondi has been used in our Mini Lamancha program so far and we have been pleased with the results! Her daughter, Wings & Caprines Jenny has already won GRAND CHAMPION as a Jr kid in the fall 2020 MDGA V-Show and her buckling will be heavily used in our Miniature Lamanchas program with seven does to breed for 2021 kids.
Rondi entered the show ring in 2021 awarded 2 GCH legs at NCDGBA spring show and her final GCH leg at NRV in the summer. Finishing her championship! Really proud of this girl!

Watching her grow as a junior
Simply loving developing this line. This sweet recorded grade doe is following in her dam's steps. Mousse already has a special place in our heart just like her dam and grand-dam. We love her width, strength, and dairyness. Most important- we LOVE her sweet, patient personality just like her dam.
Her 2 half sisters are following along beautifully as well! Mousse is a long, level, DAIRY type doe with a beautiful, long bone pattern. Mousse has extremely soft "dairy" skin as well as wonderful spacing between ribs, perhaps the most of our 2018 kid crop! Mousse freshened with a lovely udder spring 2020, we are very happy with her height and width of her rear udder and her strong medial suspensory ligament. Mousse also has a well blended fore udder with very soft udder texture.
Mouse's daughter (2020 kid) has been retained, and "Parfait" is officially an American Lamancha.

Allure gives ALL the kisses! She was born to show, she loves it and steps in the ring with such ease, she seems to really enjoy it. Very happy go lucky! The capacity on this girl is simply amazing! Allure is a deep bodied doe with a long, level topline. At a young age Allure has showed us those proper "dairy wedges" and has very soft, dairy skin. Allure's spacing between ribs is tremendous, this is a doe you have to put your hands on to truly appreciate her quality! Allure freshened with a pretty little first freshening udder spring 2020, though due to the relocation of our farm photo sessions were scarce. Allure showed us a balanced udder with strong medial, lateral, and fore udder attachments as well as a high and wide rear udder.
This doe has so much potential we are greatly looking forward to her 2nd freshening her spring 2021!

These two recorded grade lamancha doelings are truly the most spoiled, loved, comical kids from 2019! They are such joy.
We are super excited about these two little girls! We love their dam, and were blessed to be able to have *B CH MLRT Caesar as their sire. Following in their dam and older half sister's footsteps... these girls just wow us! Originally only planning to keep one that changed quickly. The bond they have with their human is just so special there is no way we can separate. These two are special!
Both Addie and Amirah are very lovely does who are long and level over the topline and stand on correct feet and legs. Addie has a slightly longer bone pattern over her sister who is more of a compact, powerhouse type doe. Both of these doelings are showing very promising high and wide escutcheons, we are very excited to watch these does freshen spring 2021! Their offspring will be American Lamanchas. We absolutely LOVE developing this line.

Maple is a lovely up and coming doe who we have high hopes for! Maple is a long, powerhouse type doeling who stands on excellent feet and legs with tremendous width between hocks. We just admire the width throughout on this doe! Maple has a wide, level rump as well as a strong front end assembly. Maple is showing us a high and wide escutcheon, we look forward to seeing this doe freshen spring 2022. Coming from Millie our original NOA doe, we expect a lot from Maple. The does from this line have been simply amazing! Half sister to SGCH Tiffany 1*M and cousin to Addie, Amirah, Choc Mousse, and Parfait. Powerful, parasite resistant, super hardy, easy keepers and put that milk in the pail as well as stay in extended lacatations these grades are our favorites!
